SIG Tile collects the information you choose to provide when you request a quote, including your name, phone number, email address, town, project details, timeline, referral source, uploaded photos, and SMS consent selection.

How we use your information

We use your information to review your project, provide an estimate, schedule appointments, answer questions, send project updates, and improve our customer service. When you submit the form, we send you an email confirming we received your request. If you opt in to text messages, we may send SMS messages about your estimate request, scheduling, and project updates.

SMS privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, deliver quote requests and uploaded photos by email (Resend), protect the form from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile), or measure website traffic. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.

Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a real person. Turnstile collects limited technical information from your browser and device for this purpose. Its use is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information submitted through the website. We keep quote request information for as long as needed to respond to your request, manage customer records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information by contacting us. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP to any text message from us. Reply HELP for help.
